Allergy Relief Herbal Tincture

Tinctures are extractions of plant material most commonly in alcohol or ethanol, but can also be made from vinegar and glycerin. They enter the bloodstream faster than tea infusions, making them easier and faster to dose and receive the herbal benefits.

Ingredients: Water, grain alcohol, nettle*, calendula*, astragalus*, burdock root*.

Instructions: Shake well. Take 1 full dropper 1-2 times as needed in any liquid or under the tongue. Up to 4 a day.
