Ingredients: *Lemon balm, ^gotu kola, *rosemary, *holy basil, *passionflower, *ginkgo, and *green tea (sencha).

Instructions: Add 1 teaspoon of herbs to 8 ounces of boiling water. Cover and steep for 10-15 minutes. Remember to always put a lid when steeping tea to trap in volatile oils!
Lemon Balm - A member of the mint family, this herb has a bright, lemony scent and taste. Wonderful fresh in salads or steeped into a tea. Used for nervousness, anxiety, and depression. Both relaxing and uplifting, promoting a positive & calm mood. Has been used for individuals with ADD and ADHD.
Gotu Kola - An Ayurvedic herb used commonly as food and to create a calm mind before meditation. It's said to activate the crown chakra. In India, elephants have been observed eating this wild herb. Perhaps relating to their keen intelligence and memory! This rejuvenating herb has many benefits, from digestion to brain health. High in vitamin C, Gotu Kola increases collagen production, firming tissue (skin and gut), as well as increasing circulation.
Rosemary - An uplifting aromatic with a wide range of benefits. Circulation, memory, digestion, liver function, and mental tension relief, it does it all! Several studies have shown rosemary's ability to enhance memory and the cellular uptake of oxygen, making it a popular plant used by college students. Both the essential oils and tea infusions.
Holy Basil - Known in Ayurveda as Tulsi, this herb is said to balance all 7 chakras and is tri-doshic (good for Vata/Pitta/Kapha doshas). An adaptogenic herb it supports the body's stress response, having an effect on both physical and emotional health. It's both relaxing and stimulating, promoting calm focus. Because of its ability to increase cerebral circulation, it may be beneficial for those with ADD or ADHD.
Passionflower - Called "meditation in a cup" and for good reason! This herb is calming to the mind and body, as it's a mild sedative. Particularly helpful when circular thinking keeps you awake at night. Reducing anxiety and promoting a calm, clear mind.
Ginkgo - This living fossil has been around for millions of years! Used all over Asia for its brain-boosting abilities. Ginkgo is neuroprotective, meaning it protects the neurons in the brain from damage and increases blood flow. Best results when used for 6 weeks.
Green Tea (sencha) - Anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant, this powerhouse herb supports circulation and overall brain health. Can be quite stimulating due to its caffeine content. To balance this blend, small amounts of green tea were added.
