Custom Herbal Formula

Book a 30-minute call with me to discuss your goals. With this information, I will create a custom herbal formula made just for you!

Some examples of goals for a custom formula include:

• targeted pain relief (headaches, muscle pain, etc.)
• lower general inflammation in the body or target an area such as the joints
• gut issues ranging from constipation to diarrhea, bloating, or gas
• skin concerns (acne, eczema, psoriasis, etc.)
• mood support, anxiety and depression 
• a blend of different concerns such as liver and kidney health 
• and so much more!

Why would you want a custom formula?

While I do offer some herbal blends that are formulated to be neutral and gentle for every-body, some people need more targeted support!

You may need a formula that is more cooling and moistening, while others need something warming and drying. Maybe you have a daisy flower allergy, or take pharmaceuticals and need to be cautious of any interactions. Whatever the case, we will work together to create the best blend for you.

What will you receive?

Either a 2-ounce tincture (alcohol or glycerin base) or 2-ounce loose-leaf tea. Not sure what to choose? I'll help you decide and answer any questions you may have.
