A full night's rest is only a cup away! This blend of herbs has been my personal go-to tea when I'm dealing with restless nights. Carefully crafted to calm both the mind and body. The addition of honey can help balance blood sugar to keep you from walking up in the middle of the night. Don't drink too much right before bed, or you'll have to use the restroom.

Tastes floral, herby, & mild.

Ingredients: *Passionflower, *catnip, *chamomile, *lavender, and *valerian root.

Instructions: Add 1 tsp to 8 ounces of boiling water. Cover and steep for 15-20 minutes. Remember to always put a lid when steeping tea to trap in volatile oils!

Passionflower - Called "meditation in a cup" and for good reason! This herb is calming to the mind and body, as it's a mild sedative. Particularly helpful when circular thinking keeps you awake at night. Reducing anxiety and promoting a calm, clear mind for a restful night’s sleep.

Catnip – In the mint family and not just for cats! A mild tranquilizer, catnip has calming effects on the nervous system, relieves spasms, soothes restlessness, and expels gas. Can be used to treat insomnia and relax tension in both children and adults.

Chamomile – This herb does so much beyond helping you sleep. It’s anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial, reduces spasms, eases digestion, and calms the nervous system. Studies have shown it can relieve depression and anxiety! Chamomile can also relieve pain, helping you to feel more comfortable before bed.

Lavender – I’m sure you have heard that lavender aroma therapy helps you relax but it does so much more! This relaxing nervous system tonic relieves anxiety, depression, insomnia, and can help with headaches. It’s important to use a lid when steeping so you trap in all the volatile oils! The smell alone is so calming. Lavender is wonderful at relieving stress after a long day.

Valerian Root – A common remedy for stress, insomnia, tension, and nervous system issues. Calming an overactive mind and body and preparing it for sleep. Valerian is a wonderful long-term tonic for those dealing with more server insomnia. However, in some cases, it can be stimulating. In this formula, I use small amounts, but please be aware that everyone reacts differently.
