Ingredients: 40% Shatavari, Holy Basil, Red Raspberry Leaf, Spearmint, Burdock Root, Cinnamon, Nettle. All organic.
Instructions: Take 2 full droppers (60 drops) 3 times daily. Best results when taken consistently for 2+ months.
Shatavari - An adaptogen root nicknamed the Queen of Herbs. When translated, it means “she who has one thousand husbands,” pointing us to its hormone-balancing action. Helping to bring balance to the day and night cycle: the circadian rhythm. Shatavari is also used to increase longevity, improve mental clarity, increase sexual vigor, and a tonic for the nervous system.
Holy Basil (Tulsi) - Another adaptogenic herb, it supports the body's ability to handle stress, having an effect on both physical and emotional health. It's both relaxing and stimulating, promoting calm focus.
Red Raspberry Leaf - Nutrient-dense and high in antioxidants. Supporting the tone of the uterus as well as addressing any digestive issues that come along with menses. It can also relieve pelvic pain issues, making it a safe and effective herb for PMS. May help reduce PCOS symptoms.
Spearmint - High in antioxidants, most commonly used for digestive upset. Studies have shown that Spearmint tea can significantly decrease levels of free and total testosterone and increase hormones necessary for ovulation. It also helps to lower blood sugar which supports PCOS issues.
Burdock Root - One of my personal favorite alternatives, meaning an all-around detoxifier. Supporting the body in eliminating waste such as excess hormones. Improving digestion further, flushing out metabolic waste.
Cinnamon - Supports balanced blood sugar by improving insulin resistance. Helping with PCOS symptoms. Cinnamon also helps to promote good gut bacteria, further helping control blood sugar by slowing carb digestion.
Nettle - Mineral and vitamin-rich and anti-inflammatory. High in iron, vitamins C, A, E, & K, magnesium, calcium, silica, and potassium, to name a few. These nutrients are vital to support overall health and wellness, further supporting the body in balancing itself.
